Both times I brought my car in for service additional damage was caused to it. The first time while they were test driving it, they got a wood chip trapped in the break, which caused a loud squeak. They did remove the wood chip but the squeak still remains. The second time I brought my car they left it out in the Sun and melted my dashboard. Although they said they're going to repair it, I am concerned each time I bring my car to the dealership. My service technician is always been very helpful and very responsive and I appreciate his assistance in his matters. I am still concerned about the dealership and the way they treat cars. Lastly when I went to the dealership, they had a labor in the parking lot pressure washing a close range the vehicles parked outside. There is no way this could be good for the car's finish. More
