I brought my cayenne (under warranty) to this dealer to fix a metallic noise that was coming from underneath. At this point they still have my vehicle and don’t know when I will have it back. Porsche USA knows about this issue with this dealer and they are only calling them to give me updates… I’m frustrated and sincerely I never imagined something like this can happen in USA. I spoke several times with Porsche USA and they don’t give me any fair solution… sorry they don’t give me ANY solution. The last thing that I will do it again in my life is buying a Porsche….at least in USA… maybe or maybe not in Germany or any country in Europe doesn’t happens anything like this. Incredible !!!! This was our 2nd car-buying experience at Champion Porsche. We bought both cars from Jimmy. He did a great job at helping us make a decision. He was very knowledgeable and not too pushy.
