I'm very happy about the service and how the advisor handled the service. However, I was disappointed that the advisor didn't offer to buy PSMP when I dropped off the car for service and apparently, tha handled the service. However, I was disappointed that the advisor didn't offer to buy PSMP when I dropped off the car for service and apparently, that was the deadline. The next day I inquired about it and I was told it was too late since I had to buy it before the service was done. The car was still in service and they refused to sell it to me. More
