James was very attentive and responsive. His efforts really got the deal done. The financial review process was absolutely ridiculous and almost lost you a client. In addition to my 813 credit score, I was forced to provide proof of FOUR MONTHS of income. Additionally a copy of my lease was requested. I jumped through less hoops applying for a mortgage.
