I bought my current car ‘Jane’ at Hargreaves back in November 2025. I wasn’t looking for a car yet, but my old car decided it was done. I was lucky that Hargreaves, being the closet Chevy dealership nea November 2025. I wasn’t looking for a car yet, but my old car decided it was done. I was lucky that Hargreaves, being the closet Chevy dealership near, me had something I could replace my old car with. And afford. I didn’t have much issues, some leakage to start but Hargreaves took care of that thankfully under warranty. Recently I had an additional leak issue and had been topping off the coolant before work and figured I would get it in when able to properly schedule. Being a person with a million tabs open in my mind, I forgot to replace the coolant cap and overheated my engine on the way to work. Scared and ashamed, I called a tow and then called Hargreaves to schedule a same day inspection to confirm what damage I did. Between rushing through my words and apologizing for the inconvenience, they let me come in. Said to speak with Kayla. If you haven’t met Kayla, she’s amazing. Before I even spoke with her she was already looking through what parts I could possibly need for replacement and checked they were under warranty. She was extremely professional and kind, although I kept apologizing and felt so dumb for my mistake. I’m externally grateful for her honesty and kindness. She kept me abreast of the situation while I was at home practically throwing up from the anxiety of it all. I was expecting to spend thousands of dollar but only spent just over $100. I’m grateful to Hargreaves; once for having a vehicle on lot that I was able to scramble and purchase same day, and twice for sticking me in and taking care of my car same week. To receive quality service and quality care isn’t something most places can boast about. Thank you again and sorry for taking entirely too long to share my thoughts and praises. Laura T. More
