The buying process was one of the easiest we have encountered to date in our experience. Again though after the purchase was made and the ink dried on the paperwork, it seemed difficult to get help. There was an issue with the driver window and floor mats which resulted in three additional trips to dealership without issues being resolved to our satisfaction. Customer service should not end after sale is completed. This may have had a negative influence on us to be a repeat customer, but overall rate 3 of 5. More
After purchasing my vehicle (sight unseen) from Champion ford I was told it had to be delivered from another lot (dealer trade).Bill Smith ford in Southern Pines.I was asked to pick the options with my truc ford I was told it had to be delivered from another lot (dealer trade).Bill Smith ford in Southern Pines.I was asked to pick the options with my truck. My truck was supposed to have satilite radio in it. I bought the truck again, sight unseen due to the dealership rules according to the finace manager James.The truck could not be delivered until all paper work was signed! As a business man myself I would usually be very cautious of this type of transaction. When the truck arrived at Champion ford I went throuh it with the salesman (name unknown) to set up my sync system. As we did so we noticed the satilite radio was not an option on this truck. If a contract was not yet signed this would have gone back for renegotiation or a deal breaker! After three weeks of no reply on how to remedy my situation I contacted Ford motor company which in turn contacted Champion ford. The end result I was asked to pay for half the radio with installation. ($380.25). This type of business would make one reconsider whether or not to do business with Champion ford in the future!
