Mr. Lee, After looking at your experience, I found it to be atypical of what we offer here at Champion, so I looked even harder to find out what happened. And I think after speaking with Sherry and Linda I have an answer. As you may have guessed, we use a system to handle the leads when they're submitted online. Well we also have a separate system to handle (Secure) credit applications online that is government compliant. When I looked up your name in the system, your name was marked at a "Bad Lead" by the system. This isn't your fault, it's merely a function of the system receiving two leads at once from the same person. I've copied and pasted what we see on our end for your review: Duplicate Bad 12/17/13 Creditjockey 2009 Ford F-150 SuperCrew Lost 12/17/13 Phone 2009 Ford F-150 See how they are both dated the same date? Well when the credit app came in, our system marked you as a "duplicate bad" at no fault of your own. I'm sorry that you feel you weren't taken seriously. And I've spoken to our vendor and they have told me they'll "look into it". Since you've pointed this out, I've dug even deeper and found of course you are not the only lead in this basket! I can't imagine how many other customers feel ignored thus causing us to lose sales!! As you can see I'm not too happy with our vendor. So, I hope you can understand our side of the deal and maybe you can forgive us for this misstep. We truly didn't mean to ignore you. Sincerely, Duke Brubaker General Manager
