THIS IS A LEGIT REVIEW. MY NAME IS RICHARD MILLER (2000 FOCUS ZX3) AND WE WENT BACK AND FORTH WITH THIS! YOU DUKE TOLD ME TO BASICALLY GET OVER IT AND BASICALLY MY BUSINESS WAS NOT IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO CHAMPION TO EVEN LOOK INTO THIS! HAVE EMAILS FROM YOU TO PROVE! I AND JIM KNOW WHAT THE REAL DEAL WAS AND HE WEASELED OUT OF IT, STILL HAVE EMAILS AND TXT. HE PERSONALLY TOLD ME HE WISHED HE WOULD HAVE NOT SOLD ME THE VEHICLE AFTER I CALLED HIM OUT! Mr. Miller, thanks for responding. Yes, we did email back & forth in June when you purchased your 2000 Focus. I just relooked at the paperwork from your deal & found YOUR offer of $4250 TOTAL was accepted and you were not charged a dime over that amount. If you remember correctly, we were at $5000 total on the road. YOUR offer of $4250 was a number that YOU came up with after visiting our store multiple times. We didn't lie, mislead, or add anything to your offer. We simply accepted your offer and sold you a car. NO, Mr. Brubaker that is totally false!!!! I NEVER EVER offered $5000. And the final deal WAS NO EXTRA FEES, and JIM agreed to NO DOC FEES. All in is just that ALL IN. He agreed to NO FEES, including NO DOC FEE after final offer of $4250. And that is the REAL TRUTH!!!! Make up what you want to cover up his error, rip off, whatever. I once was a very loyal Champion customer for MANY YEARS!I Absolutely NEVER AGAIN. Buyers BEWARE, check everything, and I mean everything. Just sad there is NO honesty there. Champion definitely does NOT believe in CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT, EVEN IF CUSTOMER IS RIGHT! I WAS taken for $399 and that is the HONEST TO GOD TRUTH!
