Abby, I looked into this issue. On Friday's we close at 6 PM and I was told you arrived at 6:45 PM. You were greeted by a sales consultant since he was still here wrapping up for the day. He should have informed you that we were already closed, but he would be happy to answer any questions you may have. We have instructed him this is how he is to greet customers after hours. We arrived at 5:45 not 6:45. It was definitely not after hours. I am sorry you were told 6:45. It was definitely not that as we were at another dealer in town at that time (which we did not purchase from either). He told us we close at 6:30 and can I have your license and I will go get the keys. He came out in less than 5 minutes which is was 10 til now and said I can’t let you drive, we close at 6 and everything is shut down. Sorry, but can you come back tomorrow. We didn’t come back and he did text my husband-but I was the one trying to handle all the business and he had my number to text and I had no idea he had texted my husband. It doesn’t matter as we have already bought something. It was just more of an awareness issue because we have never been somewhere that didn’t try to make a deal somehow.
