We had very specific questions in need of answers concerning t Recently, we were in need of replacing our current vehicle of 17 yrs with a newer one. We had very specific questions in need of answers concerning the ability to be towed of a couple of Ford products. This in itself was very important because of our frustration with regard to the selection of any particular manufacturer's product for it's ability to be towed--this was becoming a big problem for us before our arrival. The salesman that greeted us said we need Bo Oliver. From the very first moment his knowledge, friendliness, and relaxed approach to our situation was very professional and well received. There was never anything offered except help, information, concern, and guidance throughout the entire process. There was NO pressure felt ever at anytime. We were people who Bo was very concerned with and wanted to help make the right decision as well as fulfill our more important trailering needs, and did we ever have questions. He always either had the answer or found out the information that we needed. When we had finally decided on what vehicle and the color scheme that we wanted, then Bo went to work finding and obtaining our new vehicle. I wish I could REALLY explain how comfortable and sure of the care that we received. I guess the best way that I could say it is if I ever need a vehicle or a friend in the future, then I WILL send them to Champion and Bo!!!!!! AND even when the parts department had left for the day, Bo helped us place an order for floor mats at the end of a very long day for both himself and us. If this is isn't going above and beyond for the benefit of a customer (friend), then I don't know what is. Wow, how lucky Champion Ford is? I really hope that they know it!!!! They won't find many more ever like him!!! PS And this is coming from a lifelong Chevy, GMC, Toyota fan! I have been converted, and my wife and I are very pleased to have experienced such a refreshing encounter. Thanks for everything and a very pleasant experience!!!! PPS Also a very special thanks to Matt Wimpelberg who stayed to the end to help me with my orientation to the vehicle. I am sure that I will need a repeat course, because I have never seen a vehicle that would do so much, and it takes a long time to explain it all carefully.
