Used car purchase I recently bought a used car from Champion. The process was easy and the staff was helpful. However, after the paperwork, I proceeded to get the keys. I recently bought a used car from Champion. The process was easy and the staff was helpful. However, after the paperwork, I proceeded to get the keys. I was never informed about the actions that was taken next. I was ask to stand in front of the vehicle to take my picture while holding a sign that mentions you are buying the vehicle as is and no warranty. I demanded to take this photo. I felt degraded, disrespected, and mislead. It was never mentioned this was a part of The buying process. I had just signed paperwork stating I was aware of the buying conditions. I saw no need to take a photo with this sign. I will never purchase a used vehicle again that will require me to hold “the sign”. I have been doing business with them for years but this was so degrading I won’t be shopping with them again for a used vehicle. I’m very disappointed with this kind of service! More
