Dead Battery Tried to start my 2018 MKX, heard one click and everything on dash went black. Called Champion service center, they instructed me to call Lincoln as I Tried to start my 2018 MKX, heard one click and everything on dash went black. Called Champion service center, they instructed me to call Lincoln as I still had warranty. Called the number Champion gave me, was answered immediately! By a human! Gave my VIN, next thing I know Champion recalled us, sent a tow truck/mechanic and 90 minutes later my car was started and husband drove to the Champion dealership/service center. Battery tested "bad" was GIVEN a new battery due to warranty and off hubby drove. We have been treated EXCEPTIONALLY respectful. They care.... TY to Dustin and his team. More
