We try to provide information when asked so we don't assume credit ratings etc. However, you totally should have given sale price numbers on the vehicle you were buying as well as the trade prior to speaking with Linda. Joe, Thanks for the feedback. This year has definitely been a challenge for everyone with Covid delays. The parts issue is one we are very frustrated with as well. Lincoln has suffered parts delays due to suppliers being shut down for Covid-19. They are improving this issue each month, but we aren't' back to 2019 part fill rate levels yet.
