I have been using Quick Lane exclusively for 12 years primarily because of Jason. I bought a car here and it was the worst mistake I’ve made. A car I just bought here a week ago I come to find out it has been wrecked with the airbags deployed, and it did not have the clear history lik made. I came back here to sell it, mind you I brought It back where I bought it and even gave them the chance to get me into something new thinking this would eat up any negative equity, to minimize the loss . As I’m greeted outside the first sales man asked didn’t you just buy that and I said yea but it was wrecked and I don’t want a wrecked car. He said oh yea on that front corner. Then when I get inside to the salesman I worked with and advised this he said oh I had no idea it had been wrecked. So red flag number one. They then proceed to offer me less than book value when they are posting signs that they will pay top dollar for your car and mind you he showed me I the selling value when I bought this car. I knew I would take a loss but I figured they would do what was right and meet me in the middle for selling me a car under false impressions. After trying to pull kbb up the salesman ends up taking my phone which I had the value pulled up on, to the managers desk to show they were way under value. However, the salesman came back and advised me I could talk to the manager if I want but they would not be able to even come close to the book value on a car they just sold me for 6500 more than they are wanting to offer me. The salesman tried to says it’s the taxes of the new vehicle. Oh that pesky $800 in taxes. This is all besides the car that I originally traded in and put $2500 dollars towards what I was owing on the car. This is an expensive mistake I won’t forget about when deciding where to buy my next ride at. Shame on Champion ford for selling cars you would expect to get at a crooked dealership. More
