Horrible! Took my car for oil change. There were two recalls. Also asked them to look at the bluetooth. They "think" it's going to be two issues and they would charge us for both. Also, they said our ro recalls. Also asked them to look at the bluetooth. They "think" it's going to be two issues and they would charge us for both. Also, they said our rotors REALLY need to be replaced and was going to charge $1100 for service - Way overpriced!!!. Went to pick up the car, started driving, and the instrument panel was still open. After we asked to see a manager, they seemed to not care or do anything about it. Also, when we were checking out, they said they couldn't check us out without the keys. No one could find the keys. After the guy named Ish was sitting there talking to other staff bs'ing around, we found out 10 minutes later, the keys were in the car with the engine running. Do NOT go here. More
Terrible dealership. Gave me a verbal price over the phone for a trade in. Of course it had to be physically inspected before the final offer which they did. Came back with an offer far less than what w phone for a trade in. Of course it had to be physically inspected before the final offer which they did. Came back with an offer far less than what was quoted. Their reason was that they had too many of the same vehicles on the lot currently, so couldn’t honor the price given a few hours prior. More
Took my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited in for a recall. I mentioned to the service member that my check engine light was on, and provided the code. To my surprise the service member charged me for recall. I mentioned to the service member that my check engine light was on, and provided the code. To my surprise the service member charged me for a diagnostic check.. Confirmed the code, and provided an estimate that exceeded 2,400. Was charged $130 for the diagnosis that I provided. I would no recommend this dealership for service. When asked about a detailed report, it confirmed the exact code provided, without additional details. This experience has left a negative impression and will not continue business. As a Mopar enthusiast, I will not purchase a gladiator from this dealer and will support surrounding dealers instead. Terrible service department. My truck has been in three times for a loud squeak in the front drivers side. The first two times it was misdiagnosed and I paid for work that maybe didn't need to get . Wednes times for a loud squeak in the front drivers side. The first two times it was misdiagnosed and I paid for work that maybe didn't need to get . Wednesday I dropped it off again, for an oil change, balancing and once again to diagnose the squeak. It was brought in at 9:00am, with an appointment. I heard nothing all day. Thursday I called at 12:30 they still had not even looked at my vehicle. Why? In 11.5 hours they managed to let my truck sit on their lot and do nothing. Manager says "well, you said we could have it until four today".... it's one now. If they could have gotten everything done in three hours or less, shouldn't have been done yesterday? And the managers response to that "I'll go see if we can get it done before four today... if we can't I'll give you a call back in ten minutes." He did call me back, continuing to tell me that somehow it was okay and also our fault that the dealership hadn't looked at it, with a promise it would be done in the next three hours. Well, they "finished" with the truck in under two hours. We went and picked it up with the promise that the wheels had been balanced, the oil change completed and the understanding that they will not work on the lift kit because it is not MOPAR. Friday, we attempted to leave for our weekend camping trip, but less than five minutes on the highway revealed that the balancing had made the truck undriveable above 55mph. Today we contacted the dealership, and were promised a call back before the end of the day to remedy our problem. No call. No satisfaction. Ram dealers are a dime a dozen, as are mechanics who work on them. We will not be returning to this place, our next Ram will be purchased elsewhere. Avoid at all costs, they will steal your money and then ignore you when they fail to fix your car, or as in our case make your vehicle worse than it was before you dropped it off. More
Had an amazing experience buying my first Jeep. Randy, my sales person, was incredibly patient and kind! I would suggest anyone in search of a new or used car, seek him out! And Lyndsey Adams was great to wo sales person, was incredibly patient and kind! I would suggest anyone in search of a new or used car, seek him out! And Lyndsey Adams was great to work with too! I bought a new car here in 2016 and have had nothing but bad experiences. Yesterday, I took my Jeep in to have my my sky sunroof looked at / fixed. After 6 hours they called and said my sunroof was fine- bad experiences. Yesterday, I took my Jeep in to have my my sky sunroof looked at / fixed. After 6 hours they called and said my sunroof was fine- didn’t need parts and they were able to manually open and close it multiple times. MANUALLY?! I informed them my sunroof is a powered sunroof, and could only be opened with the key when it’s fully closed (I brought it in because it would only close halfway and then reverse and open again) My advisor was confused, and said that the tech who worked on it said it’s a manual sunroof. They had to check and call back. They apologized for not knowing, and said they would just master reset my sunroof button and it should be good to go. After another hour, they called and now stated that my sunroof needs $1100 in work done to it. How? When just hours ago they said it was fixed and I could pick it up? I came to pick it up- telling them I’m not having them fix it. My boyfriend asked for the service manger- he or she never showed up to talk. When I got in my car, my side panel where my seat belt is located was knocked off and no one put it back on. They also got black oil/grease finger prints on my off white ceiling. Very very horrible and unprofessional service at this location. I will never bring my vehicle back! EDIT- Jibreel did make sure my ceiling got wiped down, and the panel put back on the next day. More

Stereotypical dealership - Would not recommend. This review is for their sales department. I've had two bad experiences with them this year. My opinion based on those experiences is that Cueter is This review is for their sales department. I've had two bad experiences with them this year. My opinion based on those experiences is that Cueter is a classic time wasting dealership. It seems they are looking for the no haggle, and/or inexperienced, emotional car buyers. The more time you spend at the dealership, the more invested you get - making it harder to walk away, right? I would avoid them unless you have a friend/family member recommend a specific salesperson they had a great experience with. For details on why I feel that way - see below. My first experience there was in Feb/March. Honestly, I thought I'd take their low score with a grain of salt as it is mixed with reviews for their service department. I made an appointment on a Thursday to talk to a salesperson and test drive a Dodge Ram. I wasn't deeply in need of a new vehicle, but I'd been considering switching to a truck from an SUV. My wife and I went right out of work without eating - expecting to be there for maybe an hour. The appointment was at 6:30pm - I still hadn't gotten to the test drive by 7:30pm. The salesperson, Jacob, was nice enough. However, he left us at his desk for quite some time to get the vehicle ready to test drive. I went around the corner to use the restroom and he appeared to be bsing with a sales manager. After using the restroom - and him not coming back, we left. Jacob called us - and one of the managers called us the next day, but I truly felt like this was a dealership that didn't have respect for me or my time. It even put me off of Dodge/Chrysler - and looking for a vehicle in general. Fast forward to December of this year. Chrysler and Ford were both running employee pricing for everyone, so I decided to check into what was out there. TrueCar got me in touch with Cueter based on my interest in a Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Durango. Wanted to get some rates for leasing, but was hesitant to get involved with Cueter again. I received some texts and emails from Jenni/Cueter but didn't respond at first. On 12/31, I did respond via email to Jenni explaining my experience with Cueter as a dealership earlier that year. Jenni assured me that they didn't want to waste my time, and the end of year specials expired on Thursday, Jan 2. I said ok - and gave her 3 vehicles that I was looking for pricing on. A salesperson named Jeremiah contacted me to say he was assigned to me to hopefully set right the bad experience I'd had previously. As I've already wasted too much of my life on Cueter - lets just say its January 3rd and I still haven't received any lease pricing on the 3 vehicles I was interested in. So much for that end of year employee pricing. As the old saying goes: Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, s More
Don’t bother making appointment What’s the point of making an appointment when everything they tell you at the appointment is untrue? Made an appointment online with a service rep w What’s the point of making an appointment when everything they tell you at the appointment is untrue? Made an appointment online with a service rep who wasn’t even working the day for which I made the appointment. Was told they would give me a call later that day or the next day, neither of which happened. When I called to inquire, I was told the techs didn’t have a full diagnosis yet. Dealer lingo for “we haven’t even looked at it yet.” This dealership is much closer to home, but I’m glad I bought from Golling and probably should have taken my car out there for service. More
Of course, bait and switch As expected, I called for a quote yesterday and surprise, surprise, I show up and the price is more than double. That is only half of the crappy exper As expected, I called for a quote yesterday and surprise, surprise, I show up and the price is more than double. That is only half of the crappy experience. I spent a half hour there (a scheduled appointment) for a recall part just to be told they gave the last one away this morning. Huh, they opened at 9:00 AM, I was there at 9:00 AM... They probably could have told me before they took my keys, pulled my car away but instead waited until I was there 25 minutes. It is unfortunate that they believe everyone is unintelligent in this world. More
