I was told my Jeep had been through service./So sad I just brought a Jeep two weeks ago. I did not drive it until last weekend. Put satellite radio in my Jeep. Call customer services for satellite radio they send another signal. Only to find after getting out my new Jeep to find they the Jeep that I brought has a antenna that has been glue back on. I take it back to the dealership into services they to charge me for the repair. I do not think this is fair because that should have been fix before they sole it since they said it had been services. This is not good business. More

My biggest concern was something that I could safely transport my aging parents in. I went in there with some specific things that I wanted and even brought my father along to ensure that he had no issues getting in and out of the vehicle. Jim was able to show me a product that while not specifically what I went in there for (High Latitude with the Safety/Security package) had all of the features that I required. I have had the car for a few days now and like Jim, the Jeep has exceeded my expectations. I look forward to working with Cueter to service my car in the near future. More

Bought my first new car. Get home and find a sales tag with the vehicle posted for $2000 less then what i had just signed for. Contacted the salesperson was pretty much told tough luck. Like so many dealership service departments, they use deceptive pricing and bait and switch. Oil changes are $24.99...plus another 6.00-7.00 in taxes and fees. Come in for an oil change, and they'll try to upsell you on a fuel injection cleaning for $100+ on a one year old car with only 15,000 miles. Tire rotation is $19.99...oh but balancing is another $20.00. They say they want your feedback, but they really don't. Had to write them twice to even get a response. They say they care, but they really don't. They say they're the best, but they're really not. They say they're open until 6:00 - but if you show up at the "quick lane" (no appt necessary) at 5:25, they'll say they can't get you in. I'd look elsewhere... More
Never before have I written an online review of a car salesman, but after working with Ben Heusel of Cueter Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge of Ypsilanti, I feel compelled to share my experience with others. I f salesman, but after working with Ben Heusel of Cueter Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge of Ypsilanti, I feel compelled to share my experience with others. I first heard about Ben Heusel while getting service done on my Ford Focus, just down the road from the Cueter dealership. My dad and uncles work for Ford, so I have always been a loyal Ford customer. I told the Ford service guy that, with my third child due in September, I was going to need a bigger vehicle, specifically a minivan. Since Ford does not make a minivan, I asked if he knew of anyone at the Cueter dealership down the road. He highly recommended Ben Heusel, so I went over to see if Ben could help me. I immediately knew Ben was the right guy to help me. He was not a pushy salesman who only cared about making a quick buck, and he listened to my needs and then bent over backward to find the perfect vehicle for my family. My biggest need was to find the right vehicle at the right price. Ben was honest and upfront, and at no point did he try to manipulate numbers or try to rip me off. Also, considering my financial situation, Ben advocated for me by looking for incentives or discounts whenever possible. Being a good listener, he did not try to tell me I needed a more expensive model with additional bells and whistles, even though selling me a more expensive and luxurious vehicle would have certainly earned him a higher commission. Ben took me out to the lot to see a 2013 Dodge Caravan, but the less expensive models (AVP and SE) were not available to see at that time. While looking at the more expensive SXT model, Ben did something that really impressed me. Ben explained and downplayed the more expensive features on the SXT, specifically those features that I would not get with the AVP or SE models. Knowing that some of these SXT features, like automatic sliding side doors, were out of my price range, he made me feel better about it, saying things like, "A lot of people don't like the automatic sliding door feature anyway. Many customers prefer the manual doors, like the ones you'll get with the AVP or SE". The reason why this impressed me so much is because it showed that he was willing to work with my modest budget/financial parameters. In other words, he did not show me the more expensive SXT with the intent of trying to upsale it, thus earning more commission for himself. Another example of why customers should do business with Ben Heusel is because he takes his time to find the right vehicle for you, instead of taking short cuts. I saw this firsthand when Ben looked on his computer to find the right Caravan SE for me (the right color, power windows for the second row, etc.). Unfortunately, there was no Caravan SE on the lot that met this criteria, so Ben had to search inventory online to see if another dealership nearby had this vehicle on its lot. Initial search results did not look good, until eventually Ben found what we thought was the right Caravan SE for me. However, after looking closely at the description of this particular vehicle, Ben noticed that the interior seat color was "light", not dark. He said he would have to spend more time that evening searching inventory for a vehicle with dark seats because, he stated, "You have little kids. You don't want light colored seats because they will stain easily when your kids spill something." Without ever having mentioned a preference of seat color (because I hadn't thought it through like Ben did), Ben knew what was best for me and spent more of his time that evening to find the right Caravan SE with dark seats. He could have easily saved hours of his own time and simply sold me the Caravan SE with light seats; I would not have realized the downside of light seats until days later when my kids stained them. These are just a few of many examples how Ben listened and worked hard to find the right vehicle for me at the right price. I couldn't be happier with my experience purchasing a new vehicle from Ben Heusel at Cueter. If you are looking for a dealer you can trust, Ben is your guy. More
Dale greeted us before we even got in the door of Cueter Ypsilanti, and was warm and friendly to us. The staff are very helpful and make sure that you are taken care of to the fullest degree.
