I have owned Jeep vehicles for nearly 3 decades. I have dealt with service departments in a half dozen states. This has to be the worst dealership I have dealt with in a life of 60 years. They overbook appointments and then keep your car several days for a 2 hour repair. Their service advisors have to be tracked down to get an update on the car they are suppose to be calling you about. They are rude and act as if they are doing you a favor by allowing you to pay them for terrible customer service. The ONLY reason this place is still in business is people don't have the time to drive across town and use a different dealership. If you can avoid this place, do so! If you are part of its captive audience of local patrons, good luck. More

I took my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Champion's service department after another dealership could not diagnose the issue that was causing the malfun I took my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Champion's service department after another dealership could not diagnose the issue that was causing the malfunction indicator lamp and a "service electronic throttle" message to appear. I dropped it off in April 2022, and the service advisor told me to expect a call after a day or two. A week later when I called them, I was told that my advisor had too much work so no one had looked at my Jeep yet. I was transferred to another advisor, who also said they would get back to me in a couple of days. Another week later I called back and was told they had diagnosed the issue (diesel after-treatment issue) but could not fix it without further investigation. Eventually, they called me and told me it needed an oil change and a new fuel filter even though the previous dealership had done this as well. I ended up paying for it, and afterward, they told me they were able to perform the necessary service but it did not fix the issue, and they would need to replace the ENTIRE after-treatment. No biggie, it's under a Jeep extended warranty, but I was told parts were not in stock, and due to supply constraints it would take a while to get them. After about a month with no update, I began calling to get answers. They finally got parts in July and I had my Jeep back at the end of the month. I drove it home and later that day the lights and message were back. I returned to the dealership and found about they only replaced the DPF, and the issue now was the SCR. This time I was told parts were in stock, and it would be ready in a week. After two weeks, I began calling and leaving voicemails with no response from anyone at the dealership. In September, I was finally called back and told that my service advisor was out with COVID so no one worked on my Jeep. Another week later I was told they had to drop the engine to complete the repairs. That is the last I heard from them. It is now the second half of October and they still will not return my calls. I contacted Jeep's corporate customer service, but even they haven't been able to get a resolution. I was nervous to post a review because they still have my Jeep, but I don't want anyone else to experience this terrible dealership. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB and will be taking legal action if necessary. NEVER bring your vehicle here. More
This is the worst place for service, everyone from the front desk to service advisors gave me wrong incorrect information. They need more training especially in Customer Service. Don’t never come to this dealer for nothing. And I’m saying nothing. Most of the people are super rude, especially all the managers. Then I texted the sales rep that sold me the car, then he told me I need to make an appointment with service department to get it replaced. So I made a phone call to make appointment the next day. Then they scheduled me for appointment on 9/10/20 at 11 AM. I came on time at 11 AM, but no one helped me just let me stand there for 16 mins. Then someone finally helped me and told me they need to investigate the problem of this fell sun visor and estimate time NEED is 3-4 HOURS. Then I waited for 4 HOURS straight without anyone letting me know any update with my car. So I asked after 4 HOURS wait, then the service advisor told me we don't have the part and need to order it. Do you want to keep the car here or to take it home until the parts came. I waited for 4 HOURS just for them to find out the part is not available to replace. I know its broken and that's why I brought here to service. Its just a sun visor, not some complicated mechanic problem that need LOT OF TIME to identity. I will suggest anyone who have any other choice to go to other dealership buying a car or service your car. PLESE GO. Misdiagnosed Expensive Car Problem They diagnosed my 2017 Caravan with a Transmission Leak from the cooling hoses. $435.00 later I woke up to find fluid on the garage floor. Had them They diagnosed my 2017 Caravan with a Transmission Leak from the cooling hoses. $435.00 later I woke up to find fluid on the garage floor. Had them look at it and they said it was the Oil Cooler that was bad and that needed to be replaced but was under warranty with on $100.00 deductible. Rest assured they said, the transmission lines are tight and secure. I will never go there again. More
