I'm not sure how they're even in business with how xxxxty their customer service is. bought a 2014 ram sport truck in august 2022 from there and every time I have came back for an oil change, there is something seriously wrong with it (last time was my axel was broke, apparently broke since the day I bought it according to their maintenance person). their maintenance people ask every time who I bought this truck from because it clearly has tons of issues. Luckily I bought the warranty package so majority of it has been fixed with no costs to me however they want to fight me every time. with my axel being broken, my tire was getting worn down and they REFUSED to replace it at their cost until I completed a bbb complaint about it. Next day, got a call saying they would replace it and try to make things right by giving me my full money back for the truck or trade it in for another. I like my truck so I just asked for the parts to be fixed as it should have been in the first place with the 365 inspection that apparently they didbefore I bought the truck. Interesting. but now they are refusing again to make that deal since I have changed my mind and want out of their horrible business. Every time I try to call to speak to someone they hang up on me or yell at me/completely rude. I could go on and on about how horrible this dealership is and what I’ve had to go through. Once again I would 100% NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER. More

Would be 0-stars if possible! I took my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Champion's service department after another dealership could not diagnose the issue that was causing the malfun I took my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Champion's service department after another dealership could not diagnose the issue that was causing the malfunction indicator lamp and a "service electronic throttle" message to appear. I dropped it off in April 2022, and the service advisor told me to expect a call after a day or two. A week later when I called them, I was told that my advisor had too much work so no one had looked at my Jeep yet. I was transferred to another advisor, who also said they would get back to me in a couple of days. Another week later I called back and was told they had diagnosed the issue (diesel after-treatment issue) but could not fix it without further investigation. Eventually, they called me and told me it needed an oil change and a new fuel filter even though the previous dealership had done this as well. I ended up paying for it, and afterward, they told me they were able to perform the necessary service but it did not fix the issue, and they would need to replace the ENTIRE after-treatment. No biggie, it's under a Jeep extended warranty, but I was told parts were not in stock, and due to supply constraints it would take a while to get them. After about a month with no update, I began calling to get answers. They finally got parts in July and I had my Jeep back at the end of the month. I drove it home and later that day the lights and message were back. I returned to the dealership and found about they only replaced the DPF, and the issue now was the SCR. This time I was told parts were in stock, and it would be ready in a week. After two weeks, I began calling and leaving voicemails with no response from anyone at the dealership. In September, I was finally called back and told that my service advisor was out with COVID so no one worked on my Jeep. Another week later I was told they had to drop the engine to complete the repairs. That is the last I heard from them. It is now the second half of October and they still will not return my calls. I contacted Jeep's corporate customer service, but even they haven't been able to get a resolution. I was nervous to post a review because they still have my Jeep, but I don't want anyone else to experience this terrible dealership. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB and will be taking legal action if necessary. NEVER bring your vehicle here. More

I unfortunately am unable to recall the gentleman who assisted us in the finance dept. but he was clear and u professional in their dealings with us. I have bought quite a few cars in my life and this is the worst experience I've ever had. The phone saleswoman was not helpful at all. She verified a car was in stock and a quote. I took an uber an hour to go up to the dealership and then the manager tells me there is a $5K mark up on the car and can't get within 200 a month of the original quote. So after $160 in uber rides and horrible service I bought a jeep elsewhere. Don't trust these people! More

Don’t never come to this dealer for nothing. And I’m saying nothing. Most of the people are super rude, especially all the managers.
