Went in for a service and to get a leak addressed. After waiting for over 4 hours I found that my truck was done and very little was done to address the leak. They also lost the paperwork and made no attempt to get me out quickly even after I had waited hours when I didn’t need to. Very disappointed. More

2021 Jeep Rubicon, 31xxxx miles. 3.6L engine required a whole top-end job: camshaft, rocker arms, lifters, valve, ECM - the WORKS. They had it for 2 WEEKS. Did I get a loaner? No. Bu 3.6L engine required a whole top-end job: camshaft, rocker arms, lifters, valve, ECM - the WORKS. They had it for 2 WEEKS. Did I get a loaner? No. But I still had to pay full month monthly payment to Chrysler though. Then I'm told the good news is I'll get a 2 year,unlimited mileage warranty because of the rebuild. Not so, says the lady at the Service Advisor desk - you only get what's left of your 36,000 bumper-to-bumper warranty. I told her that those words just caused my total faith in Jeep, Chrysler and Champion to take a nosedive. Her reply - "let me give you the number for Chrysler Customer Care where you can join the rest of the people who feel the same way." Closest I ever came to punching the absolute xxxx out of a woman. Best part of it all? Two days later the Check Engine light came on again, and it's back in the shop. Still haven't heard from my Service Advisor as to what's wrong or when I'll get a loaner. Mr. Service Manager, Mr. General Manager - you need to have a SERIOUS talk with your staff and maybe start passing out some pink slips because that's exactly what you're getting from me. You have lost a customer for life. And as the military will tell you - you can have all the "Atta Boys" you can hand out, but all it takes is ONE "Aw xxxx!" to screw everything up for years to come. You want to make this right? Call me. Your service writers will know who I am and what vehicle we're talking about. More
