Don’t like having the dept lie to me about the part coming in and when to bring. They Tyrone told my husband he never talked to me about dropping off and also 3 times asking me if aware will involve tr coming in and when to bring. The customer service was top notch but the mechanic apparently wants to pay for an engine. For the second time after an oil change not only is the oil cap not tightened and oil is leaking everywhere bu apparently wants to pay for an engine. I was also the only one there for an oil change but the three people or so who pulled up behind me went ahead of me. So I spent 2 hours waiting when I was originally told it was not going to be long. I thought it was done because it was in the parking lot at just over an hour just to learn it was passed over by other customers that came in after me. More
