Bought 2022 Ram Limited. Dealership doesn't seem concerned at all when contacted with questions after sale. Some of the questions were only about small things that they were supposed to do on the vehicle like locking lug nuts, nitrogen in tires, etc. that were not done. They told me they do that on all vehicles, but mine was overlooked. I get the impression that after the sale, there is a general lack of concern. Have bought our last 2 vehicles from this dealership. In the market for another vehicle now. This dealership has to display more concern after the sale to get any return business. The only thing they seem concerned with is the sale and the customer satisfaction survey after the sale. Once they receive a satisfactory survey they are done with you. Wish I had the survey to resubmit. More

Replaced abs pump returned truck to me three times brake pedal now goes to the floor and barely stops truck. It had good brakes before they touched it. ZEROOOOOOO STARS/ MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR ALLOWING THIS!! FOLLOW UP WHICH HAPPENED A DAY AFTER I BOUGHT THE SUV If i could give ZERO i would. Yes , easy purchasing the SUV but I’m sure it also goes along with me having good credit. Now on the other hand I was completely screwed over and out of over $600 on a tire. I was told by Bart that the SUV was serviced and that they put air in the tires but because they don’t have certain equipment I would have to take it to Mobile to have them reset the dash lights. I specifically ask Bart if the tire had a nail in it and he said NO. So the very next day I took it to Land Rover where they scheduled a service a few days later and low and behold I was told the tire had a nail on the side and the air filter or whatever was bad and needed to be replaced. I forked out over $600 for those two items. When my husband and I found out we of course called Bart and he said he would take care of it but it would have to be after Christmas. OOOKAAAYYY, we waited and then contacted him yet again. We have been blown off completely even the sales manager will not contact us back. And we are completely being avoided. WHAT A SCAM!! Lesson learned. No one will contact us back so buyer beware when purchasing a used car from this dealership. If I had been told from the start that there was a nail in the tire and that I would have to purchase a new tire LIKE A NORMAL PERSON I WOULD NOT BOUGHT THE SUV. Anyone would be mad and upset at this. and it is all BS. They like to blame the techs. Well SOMEONE THERE IS COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT. I am glad that i work in a place where i see everyone. and i will make sure that everyone knows what kind of shady crap this place is running. Trust me word of mouth is better than anything. More
Bought a $47,000 Jeep Wrangler back in June 2021...used with 49,000 miles. Battery goes out 4 months later, was stranded twice. Figured it was still under factory warranty, so I came to the dealership Ha with 49,000 miles. Battery goes out 4 months later, was stranded twice. Figured it was still under factory warranty, so I came to the dealership Had to pay $436 for a new battery, apparantly the warranty for a battery is only 3 years and 36K miles for new vehicles. At the service counter, Kathy explained the warranty package i purchased with the car (approx $3K) adds on an extra 24K miles for the powertrain only but doesnt cover a battery. Professional and courteous staff, but this is definately not right...its only been 4 months....BUYER BEWARE!!! More

They didn’t care about our issues once the sale was done. We have already begun spreading the word with our fellow Jeepers and this is only the beginning. Never ever go there! The Sales people are great but that’s where it ends. They clearly do not care about customer service. More
Do NOT buy here! They sold us a brand new RAM truck from a different dealership location that they had no authority or legal right to sell. We took out a loan, put a down payment, and they had even received a different dealership location that they had no authority or legal right to sell. On the day we went to pick up our new truck, we were told we had to pick something else because the dealership where the truck was located no longer wanted to do business with them either. (Champion sold us the truck before getting the OK from the dealership where the truck was located - that’s totally their fault). Then they tried to charge us an additional $2,000 for a different truck from another out of state dealership! We said no way- that’s bait and switch! They are the ones that fraudulently sold us a vehicle - they should have been doing everything in their power to make it right. They even refused to give us back the check from the bank for the truck! Our bank had to threaten to sue them for breach of contract. Ultimately, we had to reverse the loan for the truck they fraudulently sold us, reinstate the loan on the car we were trading in, reinstate our insurance, and we had to pay 4 days worth of interest on a truck they fraudulently ‘sold’ us. They never once apologized, never tried to make it right. Unprofessional staff, right down to the tight pants they all wear. More

Mr. Gieger after speaking with him on the phone set up a time for us to come in. He had two cars waiting up front under the awning so we wouldn’t get wet. He had already taken the time to test drive both vehicles for us. Seriously what type of “car salesman” does that? There was zero pressure. He had the keys waiting! We each drove the cars and knew that he had picked the right cars for both of us. The paperwork was simple but a little time consuming. While we finished things up in finance Mr. Gieger even went to the store and purchased us a drink and snack out of his own pocket while he filled the gas tanks up. He is a thoughtful young professional. Who doesn’t hard sale or push the customer. He really wanted to make sure we had the type of vehicle we needed and that would work best for us for years to come. Both finance managers are patient and take the time to explain everything to you. So no worries on that point. I was able to get both vehicles at a great interest rate with zero money down. And they treated me fairly on my trade in. After I bought both cars they had this very sweet young lady walk ya through each and every aspect of the vehicles. Showed us all the things the car does and let me tell you that Chrysler 300 does everything but drive its self. It’s a beautiful luxury car for a fantastic price. Anyway she must have spent 1/2 with each of us showing how to work everything. And said if you need of forget anything give me a call or stop by and I’ll show you again. This is NOT your normal dealership for yesteryear where you’d cringe just thinking about going car shopping. If you’re looking for a new or used vehicle this is the place to go on the Gulf Coast.
