Disappointing and dishonest. Dealerships can’t go extinct fast enough. — Lost my order — Forgot to take my deposit — Raised the price after verbal promise not to — Lied ab Dealerships can’t go extinct fast enough. — Lost my order — Forgot to take my deposit — Raised the price after verbal promise not to — Lied about mandatory “optional” equipment — Rude. So rude. Instead of admitting I caught him pulling a scam and apologizing, Tony Tori chose to insult me. Jordan told me if I don’t want to accept their abuse, they’ll just sell the car to the next in line and abuse her instead. — All of my dealership experiences have been very poor but this is the last time. Tesla for me and my family from now on. More
Huge lack of communication and dragged their feet with important paperwork. I drove over 3 hours to get my dream vehicle from them. They have yet to answer questions about things they claimed to have fixe important paperwork. I drove over 3 hours to get my dream vehicle from them. They have yet to answer questions about things they claimed to have fixed but the dash lights are on for. It’s been over 3 months and I still do not have plates or a registration. Found out that they didn’t submit the paperwork for whole month after I had sent them everything that they needed from me to submit the title paperwork to my home state. I have not been able to work because my vehicle is not legal to drive, though they claimed I could still drive it with an expired temporary plate because the “registration was pending” but the BMV still has no proof that the vehicle is mine or that it’s in the process of being registered. The BMV said I absolutely cannot drive my vehicle until they process the title and paperwork. More
Bought my truck late November the first couple days I owned it I noticed it had a rear window glass leak I had to drive it an hour back to the dealership to have it fixed and my wife with our 1 month dau owned it I noticed it had a rear window glass leak I had to drive it an hour back to the dealership to have it fixed and my wife with our 1 month daughter had to pick me up. They had it for around two weeks dropped it off to me with old window seal in the back, mud on my floor mats and the truck on E. After having it back for 2 days I noticed the leak was still there and had to send it back to Howell for further inspection. They said they couldn’t find anything even after I sent pictures of it. Has been nothing but a nightmare. STAY AWAY More
They damaged my vehicle and tried to blame it on a previous service. I had a suspicion they damaged something, so I crawled under before taking it back and found the oil plug has very clearly freshly previous service. I had a suspicion they damaged something, so I crawled under before taking it back and found the oil plug has very clearly freshly stripped metal and is now rounded off. The rookie technician either used the wrong socket or tried to use an impact gun on it if I had to guess. They did however offer to replace the parts they damaged for a fee, being the vultures they are. Irresponsible management just brushed me off when I brought my concerns to them. Hopefully these shady practices put them out of business. More
Standard bait and switch. They posted an "As Is" advertised price for a used car. The salesman and I haggled over the trade value for my car, and came to an agreement without ever discussing the adv advertised price for a used car. The salesman and I haggled over the trade value for my car, and came to an agreement without ever discussing the advertised price for the car I was buying. Then the sales manager apparently added over $1,400 in "reconditioning and dealer options" to the advertised price before giving me the paperwork to sign. More
