Great Service, In the Nick of Time I had a brake light malfunction as well as a "service traction" light stuck on ,with a snow storm expected the next day, on my "White" Malibu. I say I had a brake light malfunction as well as a "service traction" light stuck on ,with a snow storm expected the next day, on my "White" Malibu. I say "White" because without brake lights working, in a snow storm, could have been tragic. I called Champion Chevrolet in Brighton and they got me right in that day, provided shuttle service to and from my work which I so appreciated. Wasn't expecting that. Kevin was my service uptake person and was fantastic. He knew all the right questions to ask in order to get the problem fixed. All in all, my car was fixed that day and I am a happy camper. Thank you to Kevin S., who made it all happen and treat me with such great customer service and the Service Technicians who located the problem and fixed it. Then, through the Lincoln Tunnel and the candy cane forest, there was a blizzard on my way home yesterday and MY BRAKE LIGHTS WERE WORKING :) More

Phenomenal customer service My key fob wasn't working (oh no, right?) and Chuck did EVERYTHING he possibly could so that I didn't have to purchase a new one. At the end of the day I had to purchase a new fob, but they didn't charge me for re-programming it. Great customer service I thought I had given up on my search for a used car. On a whim, I stopped here on the way home from Ann Arbor. Bad bad bad I will not be coming back here, and I will be sure to tell everyone that I know not to. Not only did they dick around with my car from 9am to 430, the I will not be coming back here, and I will be sure to tell everyone that I know not to. Not only did they dick around with my car from 9am to 430, they also charged me $105 for doing absolutely nothing. I don't recommend coming here unless you fancy getting bent over and xxxxed in the xxx, your time wasted, and then charged for them to do nothing but waste your time. If I could give them no stars I would. xxxx champion Chevrolet. Told me they had no idea what was wrong with the car, and as I'm driving away im still experiencing the same issue. Now I'm taking my business elsewhere. More

excellence! Champion Chev Howell was our third stop on 10/12/2016 to shop for a new Suburban. We stopped at Feldman Chev on M-59 An employee asked if he could he Champion Chev Howell was our third stop on 10/12/2016 to shop for a new Suburban. We stopped at Feldman Chev on M-59 An employee asked if he could help but did not introduce himself. Took us in left us set at his desk for 10 minutes....then told us they had no 2016 Suburban's and that it would be 30 days until they received any 2017 " they are being made as we speak". He made no other overture to us did not take any info from us. Then stopped by Lafontaine GMC, Buick, Cadillac on M-59. Man what a dealership!!!! We stood by the front doors, were not greeted. We found our way to the rest rooms on our way a gray haired gentleman said, "Hi Folks" as he walked by us but never stopped. After using the restroom we went back to the front of the beautiful dealership and waited for 10 minutes. We left without ever speaking to anyone. On to Champion Chev in Howell. On entering we were greeted by Dan Danaher who introduced himself...he was also wearing a name badge. He asked how he could help and got right down to telling us what he had in the way of both 2016 and 2017 Suburban's. Long story short we purchased a loaded 2016 Suburban that day. We had great conversations with both Dan and with the general manager Tony Tori. They were friendly, Listened to what we had to say and we struck a great deal. Both Dan and Tony earned our respect, and our business. As the sale progressed other dales rep talked with us, kidded with us, just a good day! More
