Oil change. I went in for an oil change and was told a tire rotation would be free. Really appreciated that since I was due for a tire rotation. Procedures were done in about 30 minutes and I was on my way. Could not ask for better service and friendliness. More

Bought a car with agreement to bring it back for repair My daughter bought a 2012 there, an agreement was made with rusty, sales , to bring car back in for fan repair. Rusty was great, he sent a message giving details that the repair would take a few days and we would have a compliment car waiting. We got there, Service department had us for an appointment, but no compliment car and I was informed by Patrick " we are not a rental car company", Another employee chimes in and said "first come first serve". It took an hour to get a car. When we brought it back and picked up car, the fan didn't work. It's like they didn't even try it. While waiting for the car the first day, another woman left and returned within 10 minutes. She said her car had not been fixed. the experience of my daughter buying her first " new to her" car was great. But this service department needs a new mechanic, and a new face to customers. More

Service must've been good since I drove to Florida the day after and didn't blow up or break down. Also pleasant since apparently had a warranty that allowed a free oil change. Didn't talk to sales but 5/5 for them since they prob would've been chill too. The rest get a 5/5 for being there n caring. More

Service I am not from the area but happen to be for work and stopped for an oil change. Patrick was very helpful and answered some questions I had about my Eq I am not from the area but happen to be for work and stopped for an oil change. FIRST SCHEDULED SERVICE ON NEW VEHICLE WE WERE GREETED PROMPTLY UPON ARRIVAL. THEY UNDERSTOOD WHAT SERVICE WE WANTED DONE. THEY STATED HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE.
