Vehicle Service We brought the vehicle in for a free Oil Change & Tire Rotation, which was part of the agreement of the new vehicle purchase. The person that greeted us was very nice and helpful, and we got the vehicle in right away for service. It took only around 20 minutes, which was much quicker than we expected. Unexpected overheating I had a sudden overheating of my Malibu and since I was close to Champion Chevrolet so I drove there. I was immediately greeted by Patrick and explai I had a sudden overheating of my Malibu and since I was close to Champion Chevrolet so I drove there. I was immediately greeted by Patrick and explained what my problem was. He asked if I could wait a little bit to see if they could diagnose the problem. Within 30 minutes it was discovered the water pump had a small leak which caused the overheating when I turned the air on. Patrick asked if I wanted to be taken home, but I decided to stay. They had my car fixed with the next 1-1/2 to 2 hours with the water pump replaced under warranty with no cost to me. So in about 3 hours my car was completely repaired which I consider to very reasonable and exceptional. Special kudos to Patrick for being so caring and keeping me informed during the home process More
