Service advisor was friendly and accommodating. Waiting area is just like it was 15 years ago. Seats are hard, magazines on tables, no place to plug in a phone, no place to sit and work on a laptop Waiting area is just like it was 15 years ago. Recommend visiting Andy Mohr Nissan for a suggestion of what a customer waiting area should look like. It should encourage people to want to visit the dealership to have their vehicles serviced. Instead, it makes the wait rather grueling. Even a simple update of the furniture to be comfortable to sit in would be an improvement. Again, the service itself and the advisor saved this review from getting less than 3 stars. More

The service department is a mess. Either the technicians are incompetent or the service manager is out of touch. My truck was towed to this location due to a bad fuel pump. It took Either the technicians are incompetent or the service manager is out of touch. My truck was towed to this location due to a bad fuel pump. It took almost 60 days for them to fix a fuse box issue because they failed to do the research on the problem, instead they attempted to order a whole new fuse block when there had already been a TSB informing technicians how to fix the issue. I believe the CSR’s are put in extremely bad positions due to poor management and techs. More
