Excellent Dealership I recently had my Malibu's oil changed at this dealership. Everything from scheduling the appointment to having the car serviced to exiting the deale I recently had my Malibu's oil changed at this dealership. Everything from scheduling the appointment to having the car serviced to exiting the dealership was easy and a great experience overall. Later that day I was looking over the multipoint inspection sheet as well as the service papers and had a few questions. I called the dealership the next day to clarify a few details about the car, and ended up speaking with Jim the service manager. After explaining the contradicting information he offered to give my car another oil change and redo the multipoint inspection for free the following day. I explained I did not need a free service, I had called for clarification, but he insisted. He offered to do the service over because the papers said a different oil was used and wanted to build my trust in the dealership. They even washed my car after redoing the service. I highly recommend this dealership, if you plan on visiting I suggest scheduling online as it is easy and you can make your visit shorter. Jim, Will and the rest of the staff are truly excellent and genuinely care about the customer and vehicle. They are not high pressure, just good, honest people. The lounge has a flatscreen TV, free Wi-Fi, individual work tables, couches and vending machines. More
Quick and easy. Had a problem with our 2013 Equinox. Had it towed to Champion on Sunday when they were closed. Received a call the next day from service advisor Wil Had a problem with our 2013 Equinox. Had it towed to Champion on Sunday when they were closed. Received a call the next day from service advisor Will Whitley. He was familiar with the issue and told me the problem would be covered under warranty. Champion had us all taken care of in a couple of days. We didn't need it, but they even offered a loaner. They also updated the vehicle to comply with another recall issue while they had it. They made what seemed to be a big problem easy! Thanks. More
Service center rating excellent. This experience good. My complaint is that what I thought was going to be a 20-30 minute visit turned into 2 hours without an explanation until I asked. I originally had an My complaint is that what I thought was going to be a 20-30 minute visit turned into 2 hours without an explanation until I asked. I originally had an appointment to have the rear window wiper fixed. When I got there I asked if the passenger brake light bulb could be replaced and was told that it could. After 90-100 minutes of waiting, I finally found someone and asked what was going on. I was told that the brake light bulb was not really the problem but there seemed to be a problem with the circuit and it was being checked out. While I appreciate the fact that it was not a simple bulb change I was annoyed that no one came and told me that the service time was going to take MUCH longer than originally planned as I had other appointments scheduled following this one. My service liaison was appropriately apologetic for not keeping me updated and I realize that everyone "drops the ball" on occasion. More

CHAMPION CHEVY OF AVON TREATS US LIKE FAMILY! We bought our 2017 Chevrolet Impala from Champion Chevrolet in Avon, Indiana in December, 2016. We got a great deal on the car. Our salesman, Dave Sno We bought our 2017 Chevrolet Impala from Champion Chevrolet in Avon, Indiana in December, 2016. We got a great deal on the car. Our salesman, Dave Snoddy, was very professional, friendly and courteous with us. He made buying our new car a very enjoyable experience. I would definitely be willing to deal with Dave again in the future when we are ready to purchase our next vehicle! Before buying our 2017 Impala, we used Champion for all service work on our 2008 Impala, and their service department folks always took great care of us and our car. Champion's service dept. is one reason we went to them for our new car purchase! I recently took the Impala in for routine service work, and was checked in by service advisor, Will Whitley. Will impressed me as a very nice, friendly, courteous and efficient young man. He took great care of me, as did the service technician, who I don't have a first name for on my work order receipt, but his last name is Fisher. These gentlemen had my car and me in and out of servicing in a little over an hour! I love dealing with Champion Chevy and her employees, and would recommend Champion to all! More
