CHAMPION CHEVY OF AVON TREATS US LIKE FAMILY! We bought our 2017 Chevrolet Impala from Champion Chevrolet in Avon, Indiana in December, 2016. We got a great deal on the car. Our salesman, Dave Snoddy, was very professional, friendly and courteous with us. He made buying our new car a very enjoyable experience. I would definitely be willing to deal with Dave again in the future when we are ready to purchase our next vehicle! Before buying our 2017 Impala, we used Champion for all service work on our 2008 Impala, and their service department folks always took great care of us and our car. Champion's service dept. is one reason we went to them for our new car purchase! I recently took the Impala in for routine service work, and was checked in by service advisor, Will Whitley. Will impressed me as a very nice, friendly, courteous and efficient young man. He took great care of me, as did the service technician, who I don't have a first name for on my work order receipt, but his last name is Fisher. These gentlemen had my car and me in and out of servicing in a little over an hour! I love dealing with Champion Chevy and her employees, and would recommend Champion to all! More
In for oil change and rattle in front end of car. Oil change was fine and done in a reasonable amount of time. I thought I was getting a multi point inspection as well, but nothing was said at check o Oil change was fine and done in a reasonable amount of time. I thought I was getting a multi point inspection as well, but nothing was said at check out and nothing indicated on the bill it was done. I also wanted what I thought was something loose in the front fascia of the car. I showed the service writer how loose it was by simply banging on it with your hand. I also explained a test drive would be a waste of time as it seems to do it when windy conditions exist, which I thought might be something flapping from the wind hitting it. They drove it anyway against what I advised and found nothing banging. The banging rattle is still occurring and I don't know if the inspection was done. I also sat for 15 or so minutes after the car was ready because the service writer was in a meeting. More

Excellent customer service I had a shattered drivers side rear view mirror. It was very unnerving to drive with it and it was during the Christmas holidays. Rich Emmons ordered it, had it in the next day and had it fixed within 4 days, considering it was Christmas time. He is and always has been the epitome of excellence in customer service. He always greets me by name and goes out of his way to make sure my car is safe to drive before I leave. Truly, he is the face of service with Champion Chevrolet. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he is friendly and warm to his customers. I would never go to another dealership for service and would only ever have Rich be my service advisor. (And 5 star ratings are generally not easy to come by). Rich Emmons deserves 5 stars each and every time. Thank you Champion Chevrolet for having such a genuinely nice, compassionate and service savvy advisor at the top of your staff. More

They offered to fix the issues or I could have my mechanic fix them, no pressure sales whatsoever. Basic service I brought my car in for basic oil change and tire rotation under warranty. After service, I asked what type of oil was used in my car. Diana said "I d I brought my car in for basic oil change and tire rotation under warranty. After service, I asked what type of oil was used in my car. Diana said "I don't know, I think it's 10w30". This was not the answer I was looking for, and it made me loose confidence in service in that they new what they were doing. I expected her to know brand and type. I later found out my tires were not rotated because my wheels had wheel locks and service could not find the lug not key. This was not communicated to me while the car was at service or when I picked it up. I found this out at a later service appointment. Service could have called if they had a question and could have been better about communication. More
above and beyond Department was booked when I came in late in the day, Rich told me he would take care of me if I came in the next day.
