Last experience wasn’t the best, made it right this time. Oil change, chipped windshield(I have a warranty purchased with the vehicle). Explained all of that this time, she apologized and said she would make the necessary calls to get it fixed. True to her word, she called me two days later to set up an appointment for the repair. It’s being fixed as I type this. She was very thorough and went over ever thing. Very pleasant to deal with. More
