Oil change I set up an appointment on the website, but it didnt take. Totally impressed. The only thing I didnt get was wine and cheese. :-) More

Recall for the Truck Took the truck in for a safety recall. It was also time for an oil change. Fortunately, Champion provides free oil changes when you buy a new vehicl Took the truck in for a safety recall. It was also time for an oil change. Fortunately, Champion provides free oil changes when you buy a new vehicle. Since this is a diesel truck, the oil changes are pretty expensive. The recall was completed and the oil was changed in minimal time. Everything was completed within the time that was given at the beginning. They also top off all fluids, including the DEF, with the oil change. With any service, they wash the vehicle. All the service was well above expectations. More

100000 mile tune up and check up 2009 chevy silverado I was due for my 100,000 routine mantinence and I was able to drop off my truck for a few days to get it looked at. I also had a small iintermittent I was due for my 100,000 routine mantinence and I was able to drop off my truck for a few days to get it looked at. I also had a small iintermittent popping noise in my steering. The staff at champion chevrolet handled everything very well, and handled everything. Though they weren't able to find the source of the noise, they gave me the choice to bring it back and have it looked at again in 6 months without any additional cost other than what I had already paid if I so need to. Very proffesional, kind, and helpful. More
