Service department is top notch I will not take my car to any other dealership for service. I have another Chevy dealership within a mile of my home and would drive 30 minutes if ne I will not take my car to any other dealership for service. I have another Chevy dealership within a mile of my home and would drive 30 minutes if necessary to go to Champion Chevy. I always deal with Will and he is awesome. He listens to the issues I present and takes me seriously, as a woman taking a car in for service. Sometimes I don't know the names of things, or specifics and he is always patient and listens. They will keep my car as long as necessary to make sure the problem is fixed. The service area is clean, the service employees are professional, and top notch. I did not buy my car from this dealership, but through their wonderful service department, they have earned by business for my next GM purchase!! More

Not only were my repairs done great, but they were done quickly as well even with the shop having a lot of other repairs as well. Made me feel like their #1 customer. Thanks again Will! Warranty on my used Silverado I am not happy with your dealership right now. I bought my truck on 3/6/18 last year, with less 18,000 miles on it. The salesman who sold it to us sai I am not happy with your dealership right now. I bought my truck on 3/6/18 last year, with less 18,000 miles on it. The salesman who sold it to us said we had bumper to bumper coverage for 1 yr, and we bought 4 more years. Then we found out today that there are two types of warranties. One for use. And one for new. We brought our truck in because our radio stopped working. Well it cost us 115.00 labor, and 18.00 in parts. Because they said we have a used car warranty and this is not covered. So, basically your salesman lied to us, especially when he told us it would cover a light bulb but, not to have our truck radio reprogrammed. Is this going to happen again, and we are going to have to pay again to have the radio reprogrammed? We had to leave the truck, so they brought me home, but I still had to go back and pick back up. Yes, radio is fixed but, truck that is usually serviced get washed, and that did not happen either. I am retired and on a fixed income, and DO NOT like being lied to about my coverage. Especially since I have less than 27,000 miles on it, and have owned it less than a year. So, NO I will not give Champion a good review, and I WILL NOT refer anyone to you. I DO NOT like to be lied to, and your salesman Allen, who convenantly is NO LONGER THERE. I wish I had went to RAY SKILLMAN where my daughter in law works. Would have not been lied to so, you could make a sale. More

First time at Champion Chevrolet service dept. It was a day before we were suppose to get lots of snow and ice. I just dropped in to get a oil change and tire rotations.
