Tried to replace brand new rotors Couldn't give a zero but that's what they deserve. Said brand new rotors with no wear at all needed to be replaced. Luckily they were still under warranty so I asked Will to make sure to keep the old ones and not throw them in the trash. Then he tells me that their parts driver had left for the day so it would be the next day before he could do the brakes all the way around.They charged me $67 to get my car and absolutely did nothing cause the next morning I talked to the other dealership about my warranty and they wanted to know the measurements of my rotors cause they would replace all that were worn so I called Will and he told me they never measured the rotors the had rust on them so they never touched them. I took them back to the dealership that had the warranty there was very little rust on the front two and not enough to mention on the rear they measured no wear at all and replaced my pads for free scotch guarded all rust off so I had to travel an hour forty minutes to get the truth! More

She was professional and super friendly while offering a smile each time I walked in. Champion Chevrolet is profession, organized and timely. Diane is an asset to this company that can be easily seen by the way she handles each customer. She even has candy on her desk to offer that welcoming touch to each visit while greeting you by name. Convenient location I do like this dealership and it is right across the road from my home. The only thing that kind of bothered me is I did need a new battery and it rea I do like this dealership and it is right across the road from my home. The only thing that kind of bothered me is I did need a new battery and it really upset me that there was a $25 charge to drop it in. The battery itself was well over $100 and being I am a very loyal customer it just didn't seem right to me to charge that much. The people are nice, always. Just can't wrap my head around that extra fee. More
Bad customer service Paid them over 5,000 to put a used engine in my car. Picked the car up drove it 45mins and it died and kept dying at stop lights. Brought the car back to them and they say there's nothing they can do until monday. Asked them to at least look at it and they refused. I don't expect them to do work for free but at least make sure the car you just put a motor in isn't going to die on your customer right after picking it up. I will not be coming back for service again and will make sure everyone i know doesn't get screwed by them too. More
Coolant leak no heat Brought the car in for coolant leak and no heat. They replaced the water pump. Picked it up Wednesday night to no heat. Took it back Thursday and they were able to find low coolant and system needed to be burped of all air. Brought the car home got in it 5 hours later to no heat in it. Took it back on Friday and after about 6 hours at the dealership they call. Well we think it’s in the dash but we need to charge you to diagnose it. Not hey I’m sorry we screwed up two days in a row and we will help you out. So I’m not a very pleased customer with champion this has been my second bad experience. More

Amazing Staff-Customer for Life I moved to Indiana back in 2018 and was nervous about finding a new dealership. I read several reviews and decided on Champion; best decision I ever m I moved to Indiana back in 2018 and was nervous about finding a new dealership. I read several reviews and decided on Champion; best decision I ever made. Diana is my service manager and she has taken such good care of me. I don't worry about "trumped up charges" or "unnecessary repairs" that I have experienced from other dealerships. I know when I go in I will get an honest assessment of my vehicle. This last time I came in I also had Vicky help me and she was just as amazing as Diana. I will be a faithful customer as long as I have my Chevrolet. More

Shady service visit Dropped our car off for service. The first call we received from the dealership was from a sales person. The sales person mentioned that we had a ve Dropped our car off for service. The first call we received from the dealership was from a sales person. The sales person mentioned that we had a very long expensive list of repairs needed and they wanted to buy our car. I was shocked we didn't hear from the service department first. Probably 45 minutes later, I receive a call from the service department letting me know we had $3,000 in recommended repairs. Are those real repairs or are they trying to scare us into selling our vehicle?? We decide to have $1,500 of the repairs made to our car. We go to pick up our car and there is NOW a problem with our air conditioner...a very loud knocking noise under the dash. We take our car in for repairs and it comes out with more problems??? Just how badly does the dealership want to buy our car??? There was no recommended repair to the air conditioner on the original $3,000 estimate, however, on our final invoice, it has an air conditioner repair listed as a "declined" repair. When this issue was brought up to Vicki, she said that they didn't cause the problem because they were not underneath the dash. Her solution was for them to keep our car to take a look at it. You'll never bee working on our vehicles again. Shady business practices!!! More
