Brought our Cadillac CT6 in for regular service as well as a malfunctioning screen that was producing lines. There was an internal fault with the radio screen which they replaced. Service advisor was friendly and accommodating. Waiting area is just like it was 15 years ago. Seats are hard, magazines on tables, no place to plug in a phone, no place to sit and work on a laptop Waiting area is just like it was 15 years ago. Recommend visiting Andy Mohr Nissan for a suggestion of what a customer waiting area should look like. It should encourage people to want to visit the dealership to have their vehicles serviced. Instead, it makes the wait rather grueling. Even a simple update of the furniture to be comfortable to sit in would be an improvement. Again, the service itself and the advisor saved this review from getting less than 3 stars. More
