it was the worst of times on our return trip home from south carolina to minnesota our impala blew the head gasket and totally ruined the engine beyond repair.after multiple ca on our return trip home from south carolina to minnesota our impala blew the head gasket and totally ruined the engine beyond repair.after multiple calls to other places that didnt offer much help we talked to patrick at champion.thats when our day started to get better!he walked us thru all the bad news and made sure we had all our questions answered and options covered.after coming to the realization we needed to purchase a vehicle patrick took us to chet.again we recieved amazing service!chet was very low key and really wanted to help to reduce our stress level and get us a good vehicle.everyone else we came in contact with at champion that day bent over backwards to make the experiance as pleasant as possible considering our unfortunate circumstance.chet gave us 10 dollars to help fill the tank before we hit the road.and we were told that patrick said he would cover the diagnostic shop charges of 130.00!champion being the top notch folks they are wrote off those charges anyway. WE REALLY CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW WELL WE WERE TREATED! HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO YOU ALL AT CHAMPION CHEVROLET! More

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership! I've taken my vehicle to Champion for several years for service and never experienced poor customer service until recently. One of the re dealership! I've taken my vehicle to Champion for several years for service and never experienced poor customer service until recently. One of the reasons I took my vehicle in was to get the heating and air fixed, but the heating system is still malfunctioning. The other reason was to have my stereo repaired. The heating repair was completed, but Jeff in the Service Dept. needed to contact someone else about the repair or replacement of the stereo the next morning. He told me he would call me after he made the contact. I was supposed to receive a call about the repair or replacement of my stereo and didn't receive it and was told when I called to check on the status of the repair or replacement, that I had authorized the replacement of the stereo. (It was noted on my invoice for the stereo repair that I had changed my mind after authorizing the stereo replacement.) I received several prices for service ($160 to repair the heating, $676 to repair or replace the stereo). When I arrived at the delearship to pick up my vehicle, I was told that the total cost was $262 (for the heating repair and to remove the stereo to get the tag number). I couldn't speak to Jeff because he was either at lunch or in court according to the service tech who assisted me (he called Jeff and texted him while I waited). I finally asked to speak to Jeff's manager. The final cost of the heating repair was $132 (after I asked to speak to the manager). I'm going to have to take my vehicle somewhere else to have it repaired More

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient to my home. I bought my car there, so I like that they have a comprehensive knowledge of the life of my car. Jeff was awesome helping get the noise from my truck diagnosed and repaired. I only rate 4/5 due to missing two days of work to have a minor issue fixed. This price was right and so far the grinding sou diagnosed and repaired. I only rate 4/5 due to missing two days of work to have a minor issue fixed.
