Regular service/excellent experience As always, my regular service appointment at Champion, Avon was a pleasant experience. Since I was waiting on the vehicle, I was able to use their waiting area which is well lit, with nice tables and chairs, and no blaring music or TV (though a TV is available to those who wish to watch it - but it is at a reasonable volume level). Unfortunately for the last year or 2 our Chevy suburban has needed much work. The loaner cars we were told are for vehicles in warranty even though your service dept needed to keep our vehicle extensive amount of days. My last Oil change on a new silverado this past month was again a disaster there. I scheduled the maint. online again, and when showed up they had No record of appt. I was told it would be quick. 2 hours later i was still waiting, absurd to say the least for just an oil change. That is not a 1 time issue either. Service department has rapidly deteriorated. I will be changing my dealership for service, and refuse to return. Many conversations with your team members, about wait times, and past issues have led to my decision. Chris More
