Excellent service and follow up I came in to get oil changed without an appointment. Brooks told me it would be about 90 mins to 2 hours. I left vehicle and went across the street fo I came in to get oil changed without an appointment. Brooks told me it would be about 90 mins to 2 hours. I left vehicle and went across the street for lunch. Brooks called after about an hour and 25 minutes to let me know it was finished. She followed up with me the next day to make sure all was good and to see if I had any questions. I was impressed with how well I was treated throughout the entire experience. More

Champion Chevy was the only local dealer who had any knowledge of obtaining and installing a spare tire wheel kit for my 2014 Malibu. Others dealers informed me that nothing like that existed for my veh knowledge of obtaining and installing a spare tire wheel kit for my 2014 Malibu. Others dealers informed me that nothing like that existed for my vehicle. Champion not only found the item, but also ordered it, installed it, and trained me on how to use the spare donut properly. Great customer service. They were detailed with exactly what was wrong and put it into terms i could understand. After needing a new transmission, I came to get it, and the check engine light came on befor what was wrong and put it into terms i could understand. The last couple of time I have came in on Saturday demand was high for oil changes but staffing was low. The employees said they were booked for the next few weeks. Some customers left and went somewhere els was high for oil changes but staffing was low. The employees said they were booked for the next few weeks. Some customers left and went somewhere else. The dealer might consider staffing up on Saturday oil changes instead of turning away customers. You might not get the second chance. More
