I had to have my 2018 Chevy traverse towed in because a sensor had begun to mess up & drained the battery. The sensor was covered. They also charged for a new battery, oil change and tire rotated. The vehicle only has 13,000 miles on it so it in very good shape. It is garaged. I use it to transport my wheelchair. They were going to bring it home to me but couldn’t until the next day so I had a friend take me up to get it & bring the paperwork out for me to sign. I love my car but don’t use it as much as most. My family member and I were out of town in Indianapolis from the south when we had a new sound in the car that we were concerned about. It turns out our car would not have been safe to drive home, and we needed it fixed before a nine hour drive the next day. The whole team worked to fit us in with only three hours left in the workday and were able to get our car back out on the road to drive home safe. Diana was fantastic and super friendly, even giving us recommendations for areas to check out and her card to call if we ended up moving to the area. I can’t recommend these people enough after our experience. More

Exceptional customer service from Brooks Barrick and Jim Schrage. We had taken our 2019 Bolt EV to Andy Mohr Chevrolet for it's battery replacement. Upon getting our car back, it was obvious that th Schrage. We had taken our 2019 Bolt EV to Andy Mohr Chevrolet for it's battery replacement. Upon getting our car back, it was obvious that the battery coolant lines were full of air (sounded like a coffee pot when battery conditioning and the coolant container under the hood bubbled when battery conditioning was active). Andy Mohr Chevrolet refused to acknowledge there was a problem and sent us away. We contacted GM's EV Concierge, which lead us, via the local District Manager, to be redirected to Champion of Avon. From the very first moment arriving at the dealership to our departure, Jim Schrage and Brooks Barrick were exceptionally attentive and helpful, and friendly, keeping up communication with us, providing a loaner, and providing great follow-up (letting us know we needed a few new tires soon and quoting a very reasonable price for like replacements). We highly recommend Champion of Avon to take care of your Chevrolet, and will not be visiting any other area dealership for servicing our current Bolt EV, nor when it comes time to trade to another vehicle.
