The vehicle was waiting for me with my name on it when I arrived. Was quickly welcomed and assisted. Spent a bit of time waiting, total time took nearly 3 hours for a trade-in & cash transaction (no financi arrived. Was quickly welcomed and assisted. I realized that I overdue for an oil change/tire rotation as well as a transmission flush on our Traverse. I was pleasantly surprised that the service department found a way to work me into their schedule t as well as a transmission flush on our Traverse. I was pleasantly surprised that the service department found a way to work me into their schedule the same day I called. Was also pleased to have a ride back home after leaving my vehicle for the service (thank you Gary).
