I spoke with Mike in the morning about what we might be interested in for a new or used car. Went to see him that afternoon and he had all the prices and applicable discounts that would apply for each car interested in for a new or used car. He was knowledgeable about each car and was able to answer any questions we had. He showed us the cars we wanted to look at, then let us test drive the car we thought we wanted. After we decided on a car, I called him back the next morning to arrange payment and pick up. He took care of all the paper work immediately and hadneverything ready for us that afternoon when we came to pick the car up. The lady in financing was quite nice, professional, and got us through all the necessary paperwork quickly, (which we appreciated). Mike then showed us everything we needed to know about the car, got the OnStar connected and got the XM radio set up. Away we drove in our new (used) car with no hassles at all!
