We were pleased to find "the one" at the dealership we liked best, and our salesman, Dave Blanck was both knowledgeable and patient while explaining the new technologies. Calloused and spotty customer service. Go elsewhere I found a Jeep Wrangler which was advertised online. I emailed the dealership and asked if it had a soft top in addition to the hard top which was pi I found a Jeep Wrangler which was advertised online. I emailed the dealership and asked if it had a soft top in addition to the hard top which was pictured. I received a reply from the internet manager, that YES, it did come with a soft top as well. I made a deposit over the phone, with the understanding that I would be up to pick it up in about a month. As a business owner, I realized a couple of weeks later that I would not be able to get away that quickly, so I called the dealership to offer more of a deposit if needed. They said it was unnecessary. I booked a flight, and set up pickup. When I asked for the amount so I could bring a cashier's check for the full amount, it was a few thousand higher than what was advertised. I found out that Indiana had different tax laws, so plans were changed and I decided to have it delivered. I had to contact the dealership REPEATEDLY to find out the status of the paperwork. After not hearing for a week after they received the check, I called once again, and a saleman told me the check needed time to clear. A CASHIER'S check. When I pointed out that it was a cashier's check, it was miraculously cleared to be delivered. The dealership NEVER let me know that the vehicle was picked up, but I did let them know when I received it. At that point, I also noticed that there was no soft top. I immediately called the dealership, and the internet manager told me he would find it and get back to me. He returned my call the next day and stated that it was "there on May 15th". I told him this was not my first Jeep, and I was positive that it was not here. A couple of days went by when the salesman called me and told me a "mistake" was made, and that "a soft top was not listed on the build sheet". He also said I could "return the Jeep if I wanted because we have already lost too much money on this vehicle" I paid FULL ADVERTISED PRICE. When I sent the FIRST email, I did not ask if the Jeep had been BUILT with a soft top, I asked if THIS Jeep HAD a soft top in addition to the hard top. At this point I became upset. I immediately attempted to contact the General Manager, but the email link on there website was incorrect. After several days of attempting to get in touch with him (and the dealership trying to shift me to other people, I emailed another member of management whose address was correct, and he put me in contact with the GM. The GM emailed me on TUESDAY and apologized for not being able to be contacted. I returned his email instantly and explained the situation. He replied the next day that he would "do his due diligence and get back to me on FRIDAY when he returned to the office. Friday came and went with no response, as did Saturday and Sunday. on Monday I emailed the GM once again, who apologized that my issue "slipped through the cracks" but would "review it in the AM and get back to me". I waited and emailed him once more the next afternoon to no response, and then later sent another email stating that I hope I had not "slipped through the cracks again" The then responded that he was disturbed that I had grown upset after his salesman had told me they were not going to honor what was stated. I am THOROUGHLY disgusted with this dealership. Christian Alejandro was the ONLY person who was polite, and had good customer service. He received the same respect from myself. More
