Great Experience After a month of driving to dealerships & looking tirelessly at website listings I landed at Champion Chevy in Avon. Normal dealership crap with the "sales manager" positioning for every dollar in the deal so that part was no different. What made my experience great was my sales person. Derek did an excellent job & was nothing like every prior car sales guy I'd dealt with for a month while looking.!I found him honest & genuine over my 4 seperate visits following up exactly when he said he would without fail. He truly EARNED my business. I ended up purchasing 2 used vehicles for both of my daughters (Vs 1). It's because of Derek I purchased at this location & because of him I took the time to write this. Be straight forward without the BS - that's what the public is looking for. Highly recommend you visit this dealership specifically to speak with Derek Rose. More

Extremely painless and very enjoyable. Would def. recommend Knowledgable and curtious staff. Painless experience and enjoyed many aspects of it. Unexpected overheating I had a sudden overheating of my Malibu and since I was close to Champion Chevrolet so I drove there. I was immediately greeted by Patrick and explai I had a sudden overheating of my Malibu and since I was close to Champion Chevrolet so I drove there. I was immediately greeted by Patrick and explained what my problem was. He asked if I could wait a little bit to see if they could diagnose the problem. Within 30 minutes it was discovered the water pump had a small leak which caused the overheating when I turned the air on. Patrick asked if I wanted to be taken home, but I decided to stay. They had my car fixed with the next 1-1/2 to 2 hours with the water pump replaced under warranty with no cost to me. So in about 3 hours my car was completely repaired which I consider to very reasonable and exceptional. Special kudos to Patrick for being so caring and keeping me informed during the home process More
