Roger & Jule, I am truly sorry that you were unhappy with your experience in our service department. Our #1 goal is always to do our best to help every customer and treat everyone with honesty and respect. In addition to customers, we extend that same honesty and respect to every business we deal with, including General Motors. Our service manager, Diane Waterman, did call GM and gave them the accurate details regarding the issue you were having with your 2004 Silverado. Just as she explained to you, we are not willing to lie to General Motors to deceive them into paying for a non-covered repair. Dugan Chevrolet is not willing to lie and steal money from General Motors just as we are not willing to lie and steal money from customers. The high level of honesty and integrity that we show every person or company we do business with is what has kept Dugan Chevrolet in business for over 45 years. In the end, we refunded your diagnostic fee and I feel that you where treated with respect and professionalism. I do wish that you had shown us the same courtesy. I think it is important for readers of this review to know your behavior was so disturbing that police had to be called. When you left our dealership you backed the truck up to the service doors and floored it. As if you were trying to fill the service drive with smoke. Then over the next few weeks you continued to call our service manager, Diane, in the middle of the night and left her creepy and threatening messages. I invite any reader of this review to visit Dugan Chevrolet and see that we really do care greatly about each and every one of our customers. JR Dugan
