I really appreciated that he didn't try to be overbearing or try to upsell me on things I didn't need or want. It was really refreshing to find someone who understood that I knew my own needs best and didn't try to convince me I should go a different route. Once I decided to move forward with the sale we went over some numbers and he provided me a sheet which broke down their asking price, their offer on my trade, and what the monthly payments would be. With just some slight negotiating we arrived at a figure that was in line with what KBB suggested the price should be, and lower than competing dealerships in the area.
