We have been coming to Dugan Chevrolet for cars & service since 1985. They are trustworthy, honest, friendly and provide the customer with 150% satisfaction each and every time. Having worked for 2 new car dealers for more than 20 years, I understand and appreciate the value of doing business with what by industry standards would be considered a smaller dealer. Repeat business years, I understand and appreciate the value of doing business with what by industry standards would be considered a smaller dealer. Repeat business is far more important to them than it is to a "mega dealer". My wife and I were treated with the upmost courtesy and professionalism. There were no big city tricks or games, all of the numbers and details were clearly stated and our understanding of those was confirmed by Travis. Based upon my previously mentioned employment experience, I have total respect for the way the Dugan dealership operates.
