Great Experience Took HHR in for warranty work. Mentioned that the turn signal didn't work but didn't want to pay for a diagnostic fee to find problem. Realized that Took HHR in for warranty work. Mentioned that the turn signal didn't work but didn't want to pay for a diagnostic fee to find problem. Realized that we still had extended warranty and Grant offered to check and see if warranty would cover fix on turn signal switch. To our surprise, warranty covered this expense and saved us $ on a repair. Great customer service on Grant's part by offering to check it out. More

Excellent experience! My wife and I went looking for a new vehicle for our expanding family. We did some researching online and found Champion’s Avon location website. There were three cars we were interested in taking a look at. We arrived at the car lot and were greeted by Reggie Colbert. Reggie made our whole buying experience fun and rewarding. Very sociable, professional, and not pushy like my wife and I had experienced at other car lots earlier. Reggie was very patient with us and worked his magic and got us a great deal on our trade-in and our tough mark we needed to be at on the price of the 2012 Malibu we ended up buying.
