I gave the dealership 4 stars but would give the salesman 5 stars because he was helpful, informative, and acted like he wanted to make a sale. My only complaints were there was no real haggle room over the trade-in, which was 50% my fault for not bringing the vehicle to the initial contact and 50% the fault of the sales floor manager who apparently didn't want to negotiate the original low-ball quote after seeing the vehicle. Referencing the Bluebook price, I think the trade-in was worth an additional $1000. In addition, there was no negotiation on the lending institution for the balance due after trade-in and down payment. I was told 4.65% was the best rate I could get even though my credit rating and my wife's are 800+ . I refinanced a week later at my credit union for 1.9%. The price on the truck I purchased was fair so I didn't attempt to negotiate it.....minus the various incentives and discounts, the price was dropped almost $8,000 . Would I buy here again? Probably so. If I do, it would be with the same salesman but things would be a little different when it comes to dealing with the sales management and business management. More

During the purchase process the sales team said the reduced discount price was because of the 0% financing. However when finance presented the sales deal it was 2% and no advertised discount on the price of the volt. what a Sham. I feel like I was taken advantage of since the sales department agreement did not match up the the finance sales contract. Based upon my experience I can not recommend the Champion Chevrolet Dealership located in Avon Indiana. Very dishonest process. More

It was our first time test driving one, and our salesman (Aaron Glaze) was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. He was never pushy and always honest. The finance guy, Mike, was also very easy to work with, and needless to say we purchased that night. We brought the car in a few days later to have the polysteel treatment applied and I was once again impressed with Aaron and how he listened and responded to my questions. More
