I have purchased Chevy for the better part of 30 years and I can honestly say my experiences with the Cruze line up has completely ruined me on buying Chevrolet products. Again, Champion Chevy I have no issues with. The dealership can only try to fix the garbage that General Motors is putting out. As far as service goes, this dealership is very, very good. We have too much negative equity on both vehicles to make it worthwhile to trade off on another brand so until we get the negative equity in line, we will continue to bring our cars to Champion Chevy. Under such a stressful "Big Bang" (pun intended) situation of finding out that your vehicles engine decided to leave work early, I felt that my sales rep was very helpful in helping me to decide, first and foremost, what options I had to work with in either a purchase or a lease, and then once determined, to get me into a vehicle that will allow me to return back into the normal everyday working class of society. I would have to say that my experience, after having a very unrestful sleep the night before wondering what I was going to do for transportation, or how I would even be getting back and forth to work just to keep my job, it was a pleasure to work with such understanding and caring people at Champion Chevrolet yet again. Since that purchase of my 2008 Silverado 9 years ago - at this same dealership, their service department was the only one to have ever serviced my now deceased 2008 truck, and you can rest assured that this new 2017 Silverado will always see the same.
