Outstanding Experience with Purchase! We have had many car buying experiences through the years and this was probably the best of any! Despite the fact that we were out-of-state-buyers, ou We have had many car buying experiences through the years and this was probably the best of any! Despite the fact that we were out-of-state-buyers, our salesperson, Andrea Goodwin, was extremely kind, courteous, and knowledgeable about the vehicles and the market; and she and her sales manager, Mike, spent additional time/phone calls to accommodate our being out of state, including sharing additional vehicle photos of interior/exterior, and verifying particular accessories on the vehicle. Additionally, Mike stayed late on a Friday night, just to call us at home to work out a fantastic deal, and offered to have the vehicle ready for us the very next morning. So, we made the 5 hour commute, just to get this great vehicle from these great people! Our Chevy Tahoe was exactly as promised, clean, and beautiful! :) We cannot, also, fail to mention the very dear Business Manager, Mike Husk, whom made it very comfortable and easy for our finances to be arranged, and to provide us with many additional service offerings. In the very stressful world of transactions, we can say that working with the Champion Chevrolet of Avon staff, was a refreshing experience. Phenomenal I recently bought a 2017 Corvette and the experience was incredible. The sales agents who assisted me were Shay Foley, and Aaron Glaze. Their approach was quite relaxed and there was NO pressure from them at all. They are men of honor, integrity, well trained, and professional. I cannot say enough about them. They both did everything they could to assist in the purchase of the vehicle and to make sure all expectations were met. From the phone to the front door everyone was very friendly I felt very relaxed, not pressured. Allen did not tell me what I should be looking for - he listened and proceeded to accommodate me.
