Personal Service and patient salesperson I talked with Dave Snoddy on the phone before coming in to dealership and like the idea of having an appointment with a salesman who knows what I'm in I talked with Dave Snoddy on the phone before coming in to dealership and like the idea of having an appointment with a salesman who knows what I'm interested in and has already picked out cars for me to look at. I got a different car than I thought I would and Dave was really patient with me as I debated the Impala and the Malibu and the difficulty of going from a lease to a purchase.
