Excellent customer service I had a shattered drivers side rear view mirror. It was very unnerving to drive with it and it was during the Christmas holidays. Rich Emmons ordered it, had it in the next day and had it fixed within 4 days, considering it was Christmas time. He is and always has been the epitome of excellence in customer service. He always greets me by name and goes out of his way to make sure my car is safe to drive before I leave. Truly, he is the face of service with Champion Chevrolet. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he is friendly and warm to his customers. I would never go to another dealership for service and would only ever have Rich be my service advisor. (And 5 star ratings are generally not easy to come by). Rich Emmons deserves 5 stars each and every time. Great experience with service The team got my vehicle and within an hour had diagnosed the problem, fixed it by early afternoon, and also got me a shuttle service to my vehicle.
