Excellent customer service!! I met Will in the gym and when I asked where he worked he told me he was at Champion Chevrolet of Avon. I happened to need some service work done, an I met Will in the gym and when I asked where he worked he told me he was at Champion Chevrolet of Avon. Emergency Repair Needed Had an issue with the ignition lock on my son's car. Cooridinated with Dave Blanck (who I was a long time customer). Treated like a friend I talked to Rich when I called in the day after buying my "dream" car a new Corvette. My wife and I had noticed the right headlight was out the eveni I talked to Rich when I called in the day after buying my "dream" car a new Corvette. Rich was easy to find when I arrived and had it back to be diagnosed and corrected in short order. He came to see me after a while in the waiting room and explained that they had the front end of the car apart diagnosing the issue and offered to set up a ride to get me back home. The part needed to be ordered so I picked the car up on the following Monday and Rich assured me that the car had been inside while waiting for the part.
