When we stopped by the dealership, we were greeted by Zac as soon as we got out of our vehicle. He was friendly, helpful, and not pushy! While waiting on the paperwork, Zac gave us a tour of the dealership and made us feel welcome to come back for service work even though we don’t live in the area. Service center rating excellent. This experience good. My complaint is that what I thought was going to be a 20-30 minute visit turned into 2 hours without an explanation until I asked. I originally had an My complaint is that what I thought was going to be a 20-30 minute visit turned into 2 hours without an explanation until I asked. I originally had an appointment to have the rear window wiper fixed. When I got there I asked if the passenger brake light bulb could be replaced and was told that it could. After 90-100 minutes of waiting, I finally found someone and asked what was going on. I was told that the brake light bulb was not really the problem but there seemed to be a problem with the circuit and it was being checked out. While I appreciate the fact that it was not a simple bulb change I was annoyed that no one came and told me that the service time was going to take MUCH longer than originally planned as I had other appointments scheduled following this one. My service liaison was appropriately apologetic for not keeping me updated and I realize that everyone "drops the ball" on occasion. More

Professional and Polite I’m going to use a phrase that I tend to shy away from, above and beyond! It was Allen’s day off, he was home enjoying time with his family.
