I recommend Champion Chevrolet I bought a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox from Champion Chevrolet on 21 January 2019. Upon arriving, my wife and I were warmly greeted by Avree Trisler who he I bought a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox from Champion Chevrolet on 21 January 2019. Upon arriving, my wife and I were warmly greeted by Avree Trisler who helped us to determine our needs and even offered a test-drive. After looking at a potential new vehicle, I determined that it was outside my comfortable price range. Avree looked through the inventory and found something that was much better suited for us. He pulled it out and showed us our new vehicle and from there, he helped guide us through the purchase process. We traded in an older SUV and there was no hassle. Avree was friendly and personable and made every effort to make sure that we were not in over-our-heads with the leasing of the Equinox. Shay Foley took care of the paperwork and his efficiency at making sure we hit all of the wickets to make our purchase was truly impressive. After our experience at Champion Chevrolet and working with Avree, I would, highly, recommend making your new vehicle purchase with them. It was a comfortable experience with no pressure. Shady service visit Dropped our car off for service. The first call we received from the dealership was from a sales person. The sales person mentioned that we had a ve Dropped our car off for service. The first call we received from the dealership was from a sales person. The sales person mentioned that we had a very long expensive list of repairs needed and they wanted to buy our car. I was shocked we didn't hear from the service department first. Probably 45 minutes later, I receive a call from the service department letting me know we had $3,000 in recommended repairs. Are those real repairs or are they trying to scare us into selling our vehicle?? We decide to have $1,500 of the repairs made to our car. We go to pick up our car and there is NOW a problem with our air conditioner...a very loud knocking noise under the dash. We take our car in for repairs and it comes out with more problems??? Just how badly does the dealership want to buy our car??? There was no recommended repair to the air conditioner on the original $3,000 estimate, however, on our final invoice, it has an air conditioner repair listed as a "declined" repair. When this issue was brought up to Vicki, she said that they didn't cause the problem because they were not underneath the dash. Her solution was for them to keep our car to take a look at it. You'll never bee working on our vehicles again. Shady business practices!!! More
