Rude and Unprofessional It starts from the very first phone call. Mike was extremely pushy with an extremely aggressive and aggravated tone of voice. When I finished making the appointment, he said nothing just hung up. A few hours later when I arrived for the appointment I walked inside to be meet my the greeting staff who signaled mike. He approached then we proceeded out the door. I have never been to a dealership where the salesmen are not polite and hold doors for their potential customers. He opened the door and proceed right through letting it close in front of me. We went outside took basic specifications on my vehicle and when back in while it was being appraised. Up until this point he was been on his phone twice texting. We walk back outside to look at potential replacements. We found only one. He asked if i wanted to test drive and I said I would like to see the outcome on my vehicle first before I start dealing on another. You could see the frustration all over his face. We then went back inside to sit wheel the appraiser took his sweet time (about an hour) to appraise my vehicle. In the mean time Mike was on his phone across from me. Every know and then he would look up and ask a question and make eye contact but when I respond his attention was on everything else ( mostly his phone) but on his client. They came back with the appraisal. It was significantly low to offset the KBB 4K over deal they have going on. Mike then tried to tell me that the appraiser said Mike tires, that have 1200 miles on them, are illegal and need to be replaced. He reduced the price $1650 for tires!!! One they are not illegal or else they couldn’t be sold here. When I responded that is a bit low and started to make a counter I noticed Mike was already reaching for a business card. I made a counter.... we were 2k apart. He stood up said thanks, have a safe trip, and handed me a cards. Once again no sales, no haggling, no negotiation, and didn’t walk me out the door. Very very very poor customer service. More

Efficient Service Event I called about an oil change/tire rotation and was told I could bring in my vehicle and it would take about 1.5 hours without an appointment. The oil I called about an oil change/tire rotation and was told I could bring in my vehicle and it would take about 1.5 hours without an appointment. The oil change/tire rotation were done in approximately 1 hour as requested. The vehicle's interior was protected from oily clothes and shoes. All in all, it was a good experience. More
