I drove 400miles to get my car. The dealership was great. I was pretty specific in what I wanted in a used Camaro hence the drive. The dealership was great. They were efficient and friendly. We got everything pre arranged so that we could get the car and get on the road for home. Christian Alejandro did good followup and was great. Steve Green did a fine job as the salesman who went on the test drive with us. He was friendly courteous and had good knowledge of the car. Aaron did a good job in the finance dept. The paperwork was all set to go and we got through quickly to get back on the road. One thing I did not like was being sold theft insurance, number etching and gps tracking. I had agreed to the price of the car and I expected an admin fee (it was nominal) and sales tax. But there was also a fee for the above insurances Aaron told me "that was just the way the cars were packaged" and that was the price no option to not take. I agreed on the phone but on the drive to the dealership I started thinking that was sort of like I bought the car but now I have to pay for a mandatory option. We did end up splitting the cost, well actually they dropped the GPS. So that is my only complaint. More

We know how this works, they advertise every discount they have to draw you in and then give you the real price, which is usually a few thousand more than what they advertised. Add to that any upgrades you want and when you come in their looking to spend $15k to get what you really need you spend close to $20k. We knew that going in, but what was shocking was when that price reveal came to pass it wasn't $5k more, it was $10k more. It was already a dirty dealer trick, but pushing it further than everyone else is just an unconscionable waste of potential customer's time. More
